Vinay Manglani

Vinay Manglani has over 20 years of experience in the software engineering field. Vinay began their career in 1999 as a Senior Software Engineer at Siebel Systems, Inc. In 2002, they joined Symantec Corporation as a Principal Engineer. In 2007, they moved to Calsoft Pvt Ltd as a Sr. Director of Engineering, where they were the Delivery Head of a group leading QA/Dev engineering in the storage, Virtualization (VMware) and Cloud (AWS) solutions. Vinay received a CEO award for outstanding performance. In 2014, they joined ScaleArc as a Sr. Director of Engineering and led the Customer Engineering team of a high-performance data center appliance. Vinay used an iterative approach to elastically use resources and reduced cost by up to 30-40%. In 2016, they co-founded VigourSoft Global Solutions, where they used Agile methodology to plan client projects' different stages and phases and tracked progress. Vinay also engaged with clients for continuous process improvements to effectively execute GTM objectives for a cloud-based SaaS solution (AWS). In 2020, they joined Tintri as a Director of Engineering and TPM, where they led multiple large-scale, technically complex programs working across the functional groups and CXO level stakeholders. Vinay is currently working as a Director of Engineering at Cala Health.

Vinay Manglani holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2006. Vinay also holds a B.Sc (Honors) in Mathematics from Delhi University, an Advanced Diploma in Japanese Language from Delhi University, and an MCM in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: a Certified Scuba Diver from PADI in June 2021, and Agile with Atlassian Jira from Atlassian in July 2020.
