Ronald Jay Caralde has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and network operations. Ronald Jay started their career in 2013 at Convergys as a Technical Support representative. From there, they joined TeleTech in 2016 as a Technical Support Specialist. In 2017, they moved to iRipple, Inc. as a Software Solutions Associate, where they dealt with issues related to Point of Sale (POS) systems and trained cashiers on their usage. In 2018, they joined SkySwitch as a Network Operations Center (NOC) Support Engineer, initially working as a T1/T2 engineer and later transitioning to T3 level. In this role, they tested, troubleshooted, and documented network features, worked with carriers and end-users, and conducted interoperability testing of infrastructure equipment. Ronald Jay is currently employed at Viirtue as a NOC Support Engineer T3.
