Christian Seiler

Christian Seiler is a highly experienced professional in the pharmaceutical sector, currently serving as the Head of Technical (Senior Director) at ViiV Healthcare since September 2016, following a role as Technical Head - CMC / Pharm Dev (Director). Prior to this, Christian was the Managing Director at Pharma XP Consulting, a UK-based consultancy firm, from January 2014 to September 2016. Christian's expertise is further highlighted by previous positions at MSD, including Senior Principal Scientist and Controlled Release Centre of Excellence Leader, along with leadership experience as Chair of the Annual Meeting Committee for the Controlled Release Society. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Food Process Engineering & Solids Processing from the University of Birmingham, complemented by a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and a final year research project in Food Science at the University of Leeds.
