Douglas Lugli

Douglas Lugli currently serves as the Regional Finance Business Partner for ViiV Healthcare, focusing on the international markets of China, Japan, and Brazil, while also overseeing the FP&A processes. Previously, Douglas held the position of Finance Director for ViiV Portugal and worked at GSK in various roles including Finance Business Partner for the Vaccines Business Unit in Portugal and as the Separation Finance Lead within the Transformation Office. Douglas's career began at Cyrela, where significant contributions included leading the financial planning and control cycle and enhancing operational efficiencies. An MBA from IE Business School was achieved in 2018, supplemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration from both UERJ and The University of Winnipeg.
