Kristin Fink

Kristin Fink is currently serving as the VP, Head of Sales US at ViiV Healthcare since February 2019. Prior to this role, Kristin held the position of National VP of Cardiovascular Sales at Novartis from February 2017. With an extensive background in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry, Kristin previously worked at Sanofi for nearly two decades, where Kristin held various roles including VP, Head of Cardiovascular Sales. Kristin has a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Finance from Temple University.
