Tom Taylor

Tom Taylor has over 20 years of experience in sales and leadership roles within the BPO industry. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of BPO Sales for viiz communications, where their responsibilities include providing voice, emergency, data, and care/customer experience services to customers. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Vice President of North America Sales at Kore.ai. In 2020, they worked as the Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at itelbpo Smart Solutions. From 2014 to 2020, they were the Vice President Sales at TELUS International. Before that, they served as the Vice President - US Sales at Stellar from 2012 to 2014 and held the position of Vice President-Sales at Your Selling Team from 2009 to 2012. Tom has also worked as the Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Alliances at Aegis-PeopleSupport Corporation from 2008 to 2009 and as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Sitel in 2007. Tom was a Partner/Senior Vice President at Voice Vision Communications from 2004 to 2006 and held the role of Vice President of Sales at APAC Customer Services from 2003 to 2004. Throughout their career, Tom has achieved significant results including revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and managing successful sales teams.

Tom Taylor attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1976 to 1980, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration. Their field of study focused on Finance and Economics.
