John Browne (PCIP, CM, ITIL)

John Browne, holding PCIP, CM, and ITIL certifications, currently serves as the VP of Business Relationship Management for North America at VikingCloud since March 2022. Previously, Browne spent over a decade at Sysnet Global Solutions in various leadership roles, including VP of Business Relationship Management and Senior Business Relationship Manager/General Manager, where responsibilities involved managing client interactions and driving business growth. Earlier career experiences include project management positions at Ulster Bank, Quinn Direct Insurance, Stan James, Vistatec Ltd, and Nortel Networks, contributing to software delivery, change management, and business strategy development. Browne holds a Master’s degree in International Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Ulster University.
