Tyler Owen

Tyler Owen is a seasoned professional in product management and security services with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management for Managed Security Services at VikingCloud since May 2022, Tyler has previously held the position of Vice President of Platform Strategy at GoSecure, where responsibilities included building a transformative data platform. Tyler's career also includes leadership roles at CipherCloud as Director of Solution Engineering, where management of the global solution engineering team was a key focus, and Trustwave, where Tyler directed the growth of third-party SIEM management and monitoring. An adjunct professor at Lewis University, Tyler taught graduate-level courses in Security Information and Event Management while also accumulating experience as a Senior Security Engineer at Capital One and as a Security Engineer at NASA Langley Research Center. Tyler holds a Master's degree in Information Security from Lewis University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Millsaps College.
