Andres A. Pollitzer

Andres A. Pollitzer is an experienced expedition leader and instructor with a strong background in outdoor safety and hospitality management. Currently serving as the AEL & Lead Guide at Viking since March 2023, Andres plays an essential role in bridging communication between expedition teams and administrative staff while leading guest activities. As a Wilderness First Responder Instructor at the Outdoor Safety Academy since January 2021, Andres trains individuals in essential wilderness medicine. Past roles include guiding and logistics coordination for various expedition companies where Andres contributed expertise in field guiding, medical response, and operational setup. Education includes an MBA in Operations & Logistics Management from the University of Buenos Aires, alongside various certifications in wilderness medicine and firefighting.
