Barry Johnston

Barry Johnston is the Director of Sales and National Accounts for Canada at Viking since September 2024, where responsibilities include fostering strategic relationships with National Accounts partners and leading a team of field representatives. Previously, Barry served as Director of Business Development at Viking Cruises from October 2017 to May 2024, earning accolades as Viking's Director of Business Development for both 2020 and 2023 while working with travel agencies in the Southeast. Earlier experience includes roles as Business Development Manager at Universal Orlando, covering a nine-state territory and managing over 800 travel agency partnerships, and Account Executive at Six Flags Over Georgia, where over 100 accounts were managed. Barry is a former member of the United States Marine Corps, decorated for service during Desert Shield/Storm, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of West Georgia.
