Kaj Dienske

Kaj Dienske is an experienced professional in the hospitality and tourism sector, currently serving as the Director of Purchasing Land Operations at Viking Cruises since April 2014. With a background in purchasing and contract management, Kaj oversees high-volume hotel allotments and land operation services for the largest river cruise line in the world, managing between 80,000 and 100,000 room nights annually across approximately 40 global destinations. Previous roles include Project Manager at MCI Group, where responsibilities encompassed hotel operations during conferences, and Tour Director at American Tours International. Kaj's diverse experience also includes positions at NH Hoteles, Hyatt Regency Johor Bahru, Guinness Storehouse, and Bethesda Marriott Suites. Kaj holds a Bachelor’s degree from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and a minor in Event Management from Technological University Dublin.
