Monique Carr

Monique Carr is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer relations, operations management, and event coordination. Currently serving as a Customer Relations Specialist at Viking since October 2022, Monique previously held the position of Area Operations Manager II at Amazon from August 2020 to October 2022. In the hotel industry from September 2016 to August 2020, Monique advanced from Banquet Captain to Assistant Event Operations Manager at Atrium Hospitality and served as an Executive Meeting Specialist at Westin Hotels & Resorts, rising to the role of Banquet Captain. Before those roles, Monique was an Area Manager at Mattress Firm from 2012 to 2016 and held various positions, including Legislative Liaison in the United States Air Force and Intelligence Officer in the US Army.
