Pascal Flochlay is an experienced hospitality and recruiting professional with a diverse background in the cruise and restaurant industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Recruiting at Viking Cruises since February 2022, Pascal previously held various management positions at PONANT from April 2015 to February 2022, culminating in the role of Hotel Manager, overseeing the reopening of two ships. Earlier experience includes significant roles such as General Manager at Le Colisee, Food and Beverage Director at Beaumier, and Manager of Restaurants at Seabourn Cruise Line, where Pascal trained and mentored staff.
