Andrew Harmer

Andrew Harmer is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager and Talent & Recruiting Manager at Viking Electric since November 2015, Andrew has developed and executed full-cycle recruiting strategies across 21 locations in Minnesota and Wisconsin, while overseeing digital recruiting initiatives. Prior experience includes an HR Generalist role at Golden Living, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and safety committee leadership, as well as serving as an HR Coordinator at Menards, managing HR functions for a retail location and training new coordinators. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from St. Cloud State University.
