Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager and Talent & Recruiting Manager at Viking Electric since November 2015, Andrew has developed and executed full-cycle recruiting strategies across 21 locations in Minnesota and Wisconsin, while overseeing digital recruiting initiatives.
