Brent Denoma

Brent Denoma has a strong background in operations and manufacturing leadership. Brent'smost recent position is as the Director of Operations at Viking Engineering and Development since November 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Manufacturing at Chandler Inc. from August 2016 to April 2022, where they oversaw multiple manufacturing sites and drove operational excellence. Before that, they served as the Senior Director of Operations at PD Instore from February 2015 to August 2016, focusing on scalable continuous improvement and growth. Brent also has extensive experience as a Manufacturing Manager at Skyline Exhibits from November 1998 to January 2015, where they implemented lean manufacturing operations and played a key role in ERP system implementation.

Brent Denoma has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota. In 2006, they obtained a Mini-MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. Brent also holds several certifications, including Lean Master from the Manufacturers Alliance, and certifications in Improving Employee Performance, Dealing with the Seven Deadly Wastes, and Leading Your Team Through Change from LinkedIn. Additionally, they are currently pursuing a certification in Quick Response Manufacturing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
