Alexander Gundersen has extensive work experience in sales and leadership roles. Alexander began their career at Infodoc AS in 2000, where they worked as a Key Account Manager. From 2003 to 2005, they served as the Sales and Customer Service Manager and later as the Sales and Marketing Manager. In 2010, Alexander moved to VIKING Life-Saving Equipment A/S, where they held various positions including Key Account Manager Offshore, Global Offshore Sales Manager, and Global Offshore Segment Manager. Alexander'smost recent role at VIKING is the Offshore Sales Director Boats and MES, which they began in April 2021. Throughout their career, Alexander has demonstrated their expertise in project deliveries, commercial operations, and customer relationship management.

Alexander Gundersen completed a General Manager Development program at Copenhagen Business School in 2015. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2000, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences. In 1997, they studied programming at Polytekniske Høyskole and organizational psychology at the University of Bergen (UiB). In 1996, they pursued studies in HR at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
