Stephen Barnett

Stephen Barnett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, governance, and technical management within the engineering and service industries. Currently serving as the Head of Service for the Middle East and India at VIKING Life-Saving Equipment since November 2025, Stephen previously held the role of Technical Governance Manager for the Middle East at SGS. Stephen's background includes leadership positions at HSB Engineering Insurance, IMES International, and Cookes, along with technical roles such as Offshore Inspection Technician and Engineer Surveyor. Stephen holds an MBA from the University of Birmingham and an HNC in Mechanical Engineering from Clydebank College.
