Vagn Pedersen

Vagn Pedersen has extensive experience in leadership roles within the maritime and logistics sectors. Currently, Vagn serves as the Senior Vice President Regions at VIKING Life-Saving Equipment A/S since 2011, overseeing the global service and product sales organization with P&L responsibility and managing a team of over 1,000. Previously, Vagn held various vice president positions focused on regional P&L responsibilities for Europe, Africa, and the NEMEA regions. Vagn's earlier career includes significant leadership roles at The Containership Company and FREJA Transport & Logistics, where achievements included the integration of facilities and cost-saving initiatives. Vagn's foundational experience stems from a 26-year tenure at A.P. Moller - Maersk, including international leadership roles across multiple countries.
