Tomasz Matysiak

Tomasz Matysiak has extensive experience in the malt production industry, currently serving as Site Manager at Viking Malt since April 2016. Prior to this role, Tomasz worked at Danish Malting Group Polska Sp. z o.o. in various capacities, including Kierownik słodowni from January 2009 to April 2016 and Technology and Maintenance Manager, as well as Kierownik zespołu zmiany from March 2004 to December 2008. Tomasz started in the industry as a Stażysta at Carlsberg Group from July 2003 to February 2004. Educationally, Tomasz holds a Magister (Mgr) degree in Biotechnologia from Lodz University of Technology and an Inżynier (Inż.) degree in Ochrona środowiska from the same institution.
