Liz Baugh is an experienced medical professional specializing in maritime operations. Currently serving as the Lead Medical Consultant at Red Square Medical since November 2014, Liz oversees the delivery of a 24/7 operational service, ensuring maximum effectiveness and efficiency. Liz's seagoing experience has facilitated the design of tailored operational medical services that often exceed client expectations. Additionally, Liz is employed as an HSE Offshore Medic and STCW instructor at Viking Recruitment and the Maritime Skills Academy since September 2016, and previously held a position as an Associate Lecturer at Warsash Maritime Academy from March 2012 to April 2018. Liz's foundational medical training was acquired during a decade of service with the Royal Navy, where the role of Medic included deployments on various vessels, enhancing skills in team leadership and operational readiness. Liz's educational background includes multiple certifications in Offshore Medic training, with ongoing studies at Medipro.
