Vitaliy has worked for various companies, including SCF Shelf SovComFlot, Viking Supply Ships, Thome Offshore, EMAS AMC, and EMAS AMC Singapore. Vitaliy has demonstrated expertise in maintenance and operations of a wide range of machinery and equipment, and is skilled in preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Vitaliy Nosychenko attended Far East Marine Academy from 1983 to 1988. During this time, they obtained a Bakalavr degree in the field of study titled "Exploitation of Ship Power Plants" (1612, эксплуатация судовых энергетических установок).
