Eswar Magapu

Eswar Magapu is currently serving as Deputy Manager - Quality in plant operations at Vikram Solar since August 2023, after previously holding the position of Graduate Engineer Trainee. In this role, Eswar collaborates with the manufacturing team to enhance the production of solar photovoltaic modules, implements Quality Circles and Six Sigma techniques to reduce process rejection rates, and develops key metrics to identify areas for improvement. Prior experience includes being a Core Team Member and Designer at Team AutoZ VIT, focusing on guiding new team members and developing innovative robotic designs using Fusion 360. Eswar also completed a Mechanical Engineering Internship at GEE YES Industries, which provided exposure to various departments and their interconnected roles. Eswar holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, completed in 2023, following intermediate and secondary education at Aditya Junior College and Aditya Public School.
