Subhrasankha Banerjee

Subhrasankha Banerjee is an experienced professional in sales and business development, currently serving as the Head of Sales and Business Development at VSL RE Power since June 2023. Additionally, Banerjee holds the position of Regional Sales Head for South and East at VSL Ventures, starting in December 2022. With a robust background in solar energy solutions, including roles such as Assistant General Manager Sales in solar modules and inverters at VSL RE Power, Banerjee has also contributed significantly to Vikram Solar since January 2017 as Senior Manager Sales Business Development. Previous experience includes Head of Supply Chain Management at Tega Industries and Regional Sales Manager at Gontermann Peipers India Limited. Banerjee began career at McNally Bharat Engineering Company as a Project Manager. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur.
