Shishir Mishra

Shishir Mishra is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development. Currently serving as Director of Sales and Marketing at VIKRAM TEA PROCESSOR PRIVATE LIMITED since June 2017, Shishir previously held the position of Director of Marketing and Innovation at Kohinoor Speciality Foods, where responsibilities included overseeing the food business and driving inorganic growth. Earlier roles include Head of Consumer Health Care at Merck Serono, where Shishir established the business unit and implemented a long-term growth strategy, and General Manager of the Consumer Products Division at Elder Health Care Ltd., where Shishir revitalized the division and launched a skincare range in collaboration with Shahnaz Husain. Shishir holds a degree in Innovation of Products and Services from MIT Sloan School of Management and a PGDRM in Marketing and Statistical Analysis from IRMA.
