Melissa Puebla d'Hoop has a strong background in the luxury hotel industry with experience in sales and business development. Melissa has worked at prestigious hotels such as Vila Vita Parc, Nobu Hotel Marbella, Puente Romano, and Villa Padierna Hotels & Resorts, where Melissa was responsible for generating and maintaining business for different segments. Melissa also has experience in guest services and public relations at Barceló Asia Gardens, as well as experience in marketing and PR at Mason Rose & Mason Rose Private. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Commercial Management and a degree in Advertising and Public Relations. Additionally, Melissa has qualifications from the University of Lodz through the Erasmus Mobility Program.
