Amy Braley is a skilled professional in therapeutic recreation and youth development, currently serving as a Recreation Therapist at Fingerlakes DDSO since October 2015 and a Youth Recreation Specialist 2 at the NYS Office of Children and Family Services since April 2021. With a strong background in providing therapeutic recreation programming across various organizations, Amy has contributed significantly to the development and support of youth, particularly in achieving social, vocational, educational, and future-oriented goals. Amy also holds a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from SUNY Brockport and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling at Syracuse University. Notable previous experience includes roles at the NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and Villa of Hope, where programming and vocational assistance were key responsibilities.
