Tatyana Meulemans

Tatyana Zen is an accomplished real estate professional and business owner with extensive experience in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net leased investments. As the owner of Tatyana Zen Art since August 2017, Tatyana also serves as a Real Estate Specialist at Villa Real Estate since July 2020. Previous roles include Director of Capital Markets at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where responsibilities included national transactions, and positions in net leased investments at Marcus & Millichap and Sperry Van Ness, focusing on commercial real estate. Tatyana began a career in residential real estate at Preview Properties and has a background in consulting with CIBER. Education includes a B.S. in Fashion Design, Mechanical Engineering, and Industrial Technology from Moscow State University of Design and Technology.
