Haji Dukuray

Haji Dukuray is an Operations Director with over 20 years of experience in enhancing growth and profitability within national, multi-unit restaurant chains. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Villa Restaurant Group since June 2019, Haji previously held the position of General Manager of Operations at Universal Coffee Express III Innovative Airport Concessions from July 2017 to June 2019. Prior roles include Director of Operations for the East Region at Villa Enterprise Management from June 2012 to June 2017 and District Manager from April 2007 to April 2012. Haji Dukuray is recognized for expertise in developing and implementing strategic plans focused on cost reduction, increasing year-over-year sales, and fostering employee development and retention.
