Florence Roberts is an experienced professional in the field of nutrition and product development, currently serving as the Group NPD Manager at The Village Bakery Group since November 2015, having previously held roles including NPD Manager and New Product Development Assistant within the same company. Prior experience includes working as an NHS Dietetic Assistant at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board and as a Performance Nutritionist for Chester Swim Club. Florence holds a Master’s degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science from the University of Chester and a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science from Cardiff Metropolitan University, along with A Levels in Sport and PE, Psychology, and History from Llanfyllin High School.
