Michelle Anderson began their work experience as an Internal Auditor/Collateral Examiner in the Special Assets Department at National City Bank in 1994. After two years, they moved on to Associated Commercial Finance where they served as Vice President, playing a key role in the startup of the company. In 2002, they became a Consultant/Partner at Cambridge Bank Professionals LLC for two years before transitioning to Riverview Community Bank as Chief Financial Officer, Credit Officer, and Compliance Officer. After four years, they joined Minnwest Corporation as the SVP of Credit Administration, a position they held until 2010 when they became the Market President at MidWestOne Bank. Currently, they are the Chief Credit Officer at Village Bank.
Michelle Anderson completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from St. Cloud State University between 1985 and 1989. From 2007 to 2010, they attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado, although the specific degree name and field of study during this time are not provided.
