The Development Team at Village Building Co. is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of property development. This includes identifying and acquiring new land, securing financing, planning and engineering, as well as design and subdivision of projects. Additionally, they ensure that the development aligns with market demand and community needs, coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver sustainable and thriving urban communities. Key roles within the team include acquisitions management, sales operations, and overall development strategy and execution.
