Michelle Jenn

As Grants Manager at Village Capital, Michelle works closely with the Finance team to manage and oversee the financial administration, compliance, and reporting of grants, as well as complying with regulatory requirements.

She’s particularly passionate about maintaining a bridge between the Finance team and Program Leads that continually expands their financial capacity around budget management to ensure the best possible stewardship of grant funds.

Michelle joined Village Capital from Cooper/Smith, where she first served as Administrative Director and built the finance and operations departments from start-up through significant growth. Most recently she was their Finance Manager where, in addition to developing, streamlining, and performing key finance functions, she also provided financial oversight and training support to subaward recipients to increase their capacity for grant management.
