Caitlin Omeis

Caitlin Omeis serves as the Assistant Lower School Director at Village Community School since July 2025. Prior to this role, Caitlin was involved with Public Preparatory Network from August 2009 to July 2025, where responsibilities included managing and coaching Student and Family Affairs Teams and supervising various directors at the network level. Caitlin's previous positions within Public Preparatory Network included Managing Director of School Culture and Student Support, Managing Director of Student and Family Affairs, Director of School Culture, Character and Family Engagement Coach, Assistant Director of Student and Family Affairs, and Teacher. Caitlin began a career with NYC Department of Education as a Teacher from September 2004 to June 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Canisius University (2014) and a Master's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Canisius University (2011), along with a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from State University of New York Cortland (2004).
