Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Village Enterprise is responsible for setting the organization's strategic direction and ensuring the effective implementation of its poverty alleviation programs. This team oversees key areas such as financial management, people and culture, marketing and communications, and program execution. By guiding organizational policies, fostering partnerships, and driving innovation, the Leadership Team plays a critical role in achieving Village Enterprise’s mission to lift families in rural Africa out of extreme poverty and build resilience against climate change and other shocks.
