Clark Kirby

Clark Kirby serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Village Roadshow since April 2009, with additional roles including Director of Corporate Strategy. In a leadership capacity at Village Roadshow Theme Parks since September 2015, Clark also holds the position of Executive Chairman. As Chairman of Village Cinemas Australia since March 2013, Clark is actively involved in various organizations, serving as a Development Board Member for Murdoch Childrens Research Institute and a Board Member for My Room - Children's Cancer Charity, both since March 2004 and March 2007, respectively. Additionally, Clark contributes as a Director for Gold Coast Tourism Corporation since September 2018. Previous experience includes Associate Director at UBS from March 2005 to March 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master of Applied Finance and Investment from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Information Technology from Bond University.
