Erin Bonn

Erin Bonn currently serves as the Human Resources Director at The Village Family Service Center, a position held since May 2023, after previously working as a Human Resource Manager. Erin's extensive experience in human resources includes roles such as Assistant Director of Human Resources and Total Rewards Coordinator at Concordia College from October 2019 to June 2023. Prior to that, Erin held various roles in the jewelry industry, including Store Manager at Signet- Zale Division and Jewelry Consultant at Zale Jewelers, along with positions in customer service and retail at Texas Roadhouse and Hornbachers. Erin holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from North Dakota State University, complemented by experience in sales, customer relations, and team development throughout a diverse career in both retail and human resources.
