TANIA Tschaekofske brings over 20 years of experience in education and social services, specializing in family engagement and individual support. Currently serving as a Family Engagement Facilitator at The Village Family Service Center since September 2022, TANIA previously held roles such as Operations and Compliance Officer at the Native American Development Center and Family Services Specialist III at Dakota Central Human Service Zone. TANIA's expertise includes foster care case management, in-home treatment interventions, and collaboration with a variety of professionals to provide comprehensive care. With a Master's degree in Emotional Disorder/Learning Disorders from the University of Mary and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Special Education from Minnesota State University Moorhead, TANIA has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting individuals with diverse needs across multiple settings, including K-12 education, youth rehabilitation, and community service.
