Christine Lai

Christine Lai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational design, community building, and leadership development across various sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at Together Institute since April 2023, Christine focuses on aiding purpose-driven organizations. Previously, as a Network Connector at The Ready from July 2017 to February 2023, Christine contributed to transforming workplace practices. At Delivering Happiness from September 2013 to April 2016, Christine held the position of Chief of Staff, where significant contributions included strategic development and coaching for sustainable business culture. Earlier roles include managing operations and programs at ProInspire, marketing initiatives at Cesar Chavez Public Charter Schools, and leadership positions at Elite Meetings International and Nike, enhancing both organizational efficiency and community engagement. Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara.
