Emilie Gerard

Emilie GERARD is an experienced professional in research and development and lean manufacturing, currently serving as the Director of R&D and Lean Manufacturing at Village Gourmet since May 2023. From January 2018 to May 2023, Emilie held the position of Business Developer North America at LEANCURE, focusing on B2B business development, customer acquisition, technical presentations, project preparation, and customer service. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Sales Engineer at LEANCURE, R&D Project Manager at LDC pole traiteur - La toque Angevine, and Laboratoire Adgène - groupe InVivo Labs, as well as a Continuous Improvement Technician at FRIAL. Emilie holds an Engineer Master's degree in Food Science Engineering from ESA and a Master's degree in Design and Industrialization of Food Products from ISARA Lyon, along with additional qualifications in Food Technology and Biology.
