Tara Roper

Tara Roper has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2011, they began their career at Kraft Foods Group, where they served as a Deduction CSC/Team Lead, providing leadership for Deduction Associates and ensuring proper accounting practices. Tara also held the role of Post Audit Coordinator, managing data on potential post audits and collaborating with sales to resolve post audits and avoid deductions. From 2016 to 2021, Tara worked at American Water as an Operations Specialist, and their responsibilities included overseeing operational activities. In 2021, they joined The Lion Brewery as a Materials Planner, responsible for planning and managing materials. In 2022, Tara worked as a Business System Analyst at biBERK, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, and as an Accounting Operations Manager at Village Gourmet.

Tara Roper attended Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Wilkes-Barre from 2001 to 2004. During this time, they studied Accounting and Business/Management. Tara Roper also obtained a certification called "Nano Tips for Peak Performance" from LinkedIn in February 2023.
