Siler Southerland

Siler Southerland has been in the business industry since 2013. In that time, they have held various roles at three different companies. From 2013-2018, they worked at The FMRT Group as a Post-Hire and Business Services Manager and Assistant Director of Agency Services, where they were responsible for client relations and developing proposals, contracts, procedural manuals, and research ideas. From 2018-2021, they worked at Village Juice Company as a Project Manager Business Development and Director of Restaurant Operations, where they handled the operations of two independently owned restaurants and gave support to the franchising unit. Currently, they are the Vice President of Business Development at Village Juice & Kitchen.

Siler Southerland obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting and Business/Management from Winston-Salem State University. In April 2018, they obtained a ServSafe Certified certification from ServSafe Certified.
