Ashley Vail is a highly experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Village Life since August 2018, Ashley previously held the position of Operations Manager/Controller at Design Built Homes, overseeing various responsibilities including job cost accounting, financing and cash flow management, and payroll. Prior roles include Escrow Coordinator at Conner Homes, where coordination of real estate transactions was paramount, Accounts Payable Specialist at Polygon Northwest, managing invoices and vendor relationships, and Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable at Earth Consultants.

At Village Life we understand what people look for in a home, and this is how we build. As we create these communities we envision how life should be there, how a true neighborhood should feel, and how you and your family will grow in these homes. In essence, we build them as we would for our families and friends. Our vision is straightforward: we will build homes that people can afford, create charming neighborhoods, and enhance the quality of life for each of our homeowners. These are pretty idealistic goals, but we are determined to realize our vision for Village LIfe. There are a dozen or so new Village Life communities springing up all over Snohomish County.
