Jake Schmidt

Jake Schmidt currently serves as the Planning & Zoning Administrator for the Village of Bolingbrook, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Jake gained valuable experience at the Village of Arlington Heights, where tenure included positions as Planner I and Assistant Planner from June 2017 to August 2023. Jake Schmidt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in 2017.
