Chris Black

Chris Black is currently the Finance Director at the Village of Buffalo Grove. Prior to this, Chris held similar positions at the Rock River Water Reclamation District, Rock Valley College, City of Rockford, and City of McHenry. Chris also served as City Administrator at the City of McHenry. Chris holds a Master of Public Administration from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Illinois State University.
