Nicole Woods, AICP is an experienced Director of Community Development who has worked in various planning roles in different companies such as the Village of Buffalo Grove, Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning, Applied Real Estate Analysis (AREA), Inc., and Myrtle Beach Downtown Redevelopment Corp. Nicole specializes in performing land-use and redevelopment studies, analyzing economic development impacts, and facilitating downtown growth and development. Nicole holds a Master of City and Regional Planning in Redevelopment/Economic Development from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Urban Studies from The College of Wooster.
