Nicholas Walny

Nicholas Walny is currently the Director of Community Development and Zoning at the Village of Franklin Park, overseeing Cook County 6B applications, tax increment financing (TIF) districts, and the Franklin Park Enterprise Zone. Prior to this, they gained experience in zoning compliance and planning at various organizations such as Lendlease, City of Highland Park, and the American Planning Association. With a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning, Nicholas has a strong background in urban studies and planning.
