Raymund F. Fano, P.E., CFM, is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in community development and project management across various engineering firms and municipalities. Currently serving as a Community Development Engineer for the Village of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, since February 2023, Raymund performs plan sheet reviews for residential and commercial developments and engages with developers and contractors during concept meetings. Previously, as a Project Engineer for the City of Naperville from August 2014 to February 2023, Raymund managed capital improvement projects focusing on road widening and conducted development plan reviews. Raymund’s earlier roles included Civil Engineer IV at Hey and Associates, where responsibilities encompassed sanitary sewer testing and facility design, and Project Manager at Geopool Engineering Inc. and Watermark Engineering, where expertise in site design, hydraulic modeling, and utility design was developed. Raymund holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy.
