Zhanna Badasyan

Zhanna Badasyan is an experienced professional currently serving as the Assistant to the Village Manager and Management Analyst for the Village of Glenview since October 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Accounting Manager Assistant at Sierra Realty & Management, where responsibilities included financial transaction recording and client communication, as well as an Economic Development Intern position at the Village of Skokie, where research on development sites was conducted. Zhanna has also worked as a Program Evaluator for the Von Steuben STEM Partnership, performing stakeholder analyses and cost/benefit evaluations, and engaged in student volunteer work with Tiny Hands International to support efforts against human trafficking. Additionally, a Law Student Intern role at the Michael I. Bender Child Representation Firm involved managing trial calendars and client correspondence. Zhanna holds a Master of Public Administration from Illinois Tech Stuart School of Business and a degree in Social Economic Development Policy from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
