Jennifer Djordjevic

Jennifer Djordjevic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, communications, and development, currently serving as the Director of Operations & Outreach for the Mayor's Office in the Village of Hoffman Estates since November 2014. Jennifer collaborates closely with Village Management and department heads, overseeing daily operations and high-level communication. Additionally, Jennifer is a Socialpreneur at Threads Worldwide, supporting women artisans through fair trade initiatives across eight countries. Previous roles include Director of Communications at the Children's Advocacy Center of North and Northwest Cook County, Director of Development at the Society for the Preservation of Human Dignity, Marketing Director at Westfield Group, and Director of Public Relations at WINGS Program, Inc. Jennifer holds multiple degrees from National Louis University, including an MS in Human Resource Management and Development, an MS in Written Communication, and a BS in Psychology/Human Services, along with a certification in Green Marketing from Oakton College.
