Richmond Payne

Richmond Payne is a seasoned attorney with over 36 years of legal experience, currently serving as Partner at Meltzer Purtill & Stelle LLC since July 2023. Previously, Richmond co-founded and managed Robinson Payne LLC, a boutique law firm, from 2006 to 2023, where the firm catered to various legal needs for businesses, banks, and families. Richmond also holds a position as a Board Member on the Hoffman Estates Economic Development Commission since 2006. Earlier in their career, Richmond was the owner of Richmond A. Payne & Associates LLC and served as Outside Regional Counsel for Union Planters Bank. Richmond earned a JD from Saint Louis University School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Westminster College.
